"Wish I’d Contacted Support Sooner"
I ran into an issue getting my SIM set up and wish I hadn’t waited so long to reach out. There was a bit of a wait, but once I got through, the support person actually knew what they were doing and walked through the right steps. Best part was they didn’t make me repeat the whole problem over and over. They got it fixed, and I’m kinda annoyed I didn’t just contact them earlier.

"Quick fix, surprisingly smooth"
I messaged support expecting it to be a whole hassle, and I’m not usually a fan of dealing with support teams. But they fixed my issue quickly and made it painless. I was annoyed that I had to reach out in the first place, but the actual help was solid.

"Account page does the job"
The website is easy to get around. I can switch my plan, look at my bills, and check the lines on my account without having to hunt for everything. The account page loads fast too, which is nice. So yeah

"I’ve been on the unlimited plan for…"
I’ve been on the unlimited plan for a few months now and, it’s been good. The price is nice, and the data works fine most days... not really much to complain about there. I did have one time where support took a bit longer to get back to me, which was kind of annoying, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Super easy to add lines"
Adding lines was super simple. I thought it might take a bit to figure out, but nope, it was quick and straighforward. Had it done in no time, which was a nice suprise.

"Flexible plans, but not totally sold yet"
The plans are flexible and seem to fit whatever I need, which is nice. I’m just not 100% sure about the overall quality yet, so I’m still kind of waiting to see how it holds up over time

"Canceling Was More Hassle Than I Expected"
I canceled my US Mobile service thinking the refund would be straightforward, but it really wasn’t. I had to reach out to support more than once, and the answers I got were kind of vague each time. To be fair, the service might be fine if you’re sticking with it, I guess, but once I canceled it felt like I was chasing my own money. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying and it left a bad impression.

"Got sorted out in the end"
At first I wasn’t totally sure if the issue was actually going to get fixed, and I did find myself second-guessing the whole process a bit. But after some back and forth, it was eventually sorted out, so I’m glad it worked out in the end.

"Easy switch when my coverage wasn’t cutting it"
I switched my line over to a different network on US Mobile because the service at my office was weak. The change took a little while, but once I restarted my phone, everything worked fine. I didn’t have to go into a store or deal with any awkward support calls, which was a relief. So far, I’m happy with it, i think it’s a really useful option to have if coverage isn’t great in a certain area.

"Works, but the signal drops are annoying"
It works fine most of the time, but the signal randomly drops in certain spots i don’t have the patience to keep dealing with that. When it’s connected, it does what it’s supposed to, but those random dead zones get frustrating fast.

"Super easy to use"
I’ve been using the US Mobile app for a little while now, it’s been really simple. I can check my data, update my plan, and see billing stuff without digging around forever. It loads quickly and doesn’t feel messy or overloaded. Definitely beats having to call support every time I need to do something small

"Smooth Activation Overall"
I got my line activated without too much hassle. The instructions were easy to follow, although it did take a bit longer than I expected for the signal to come through. I reached out to support to check on it, and they were helpful. Overall, it was a good experience and everything ended up working fine

"Decent service, but evenings can be rough"
Most days the service is fine, but when the tower gets busy my data slows way down. Apps start hanging, and maps can take forever to load. For the price, it is still okay, but I really wish the slowdown was not so noticeable in the evenings.

"Pretty good call quality for the price"
Calls on US Mobile have been clear for me most of the time, honestly. I’ve had a couple of times where the audio got a little choppy, a little choppy here and there, but it never got too bad or unusable. For what I’m paying, I’m happy with it. I’d give it 4 stars since it’s good, just not totally perfect.

"Great coverage so far"
I switched to US Mobile a few months ago and it’s been really solid. I get signal at home, at work, and even during my drive where my old carrier used to drop all the time. I haven’t run into any major issues, so I’m happy with it. If it keeps working like this, I’ll definitely stick with them.

"Easy switch and great for shared data!!"
I switched to US Mobile for the pooled data, and it’s been really easy so far!! I love that we can share data without paying for a bunch of stuff we don’t use. Setup was quick, the app is simple enough to figure out, and the bill actually makes sense

"Works fine, but phone compatibility was a pain"
It worked okay once I got it set up, but... my older Samsung wasn’t fully compatible, which was frustrating. I ended up having to switch phones just to use it, so yeah, that was annoying. Support was decent though, and they did help me get through it...

"Worked Abroad, Just a Bit Slow"
i mean, it worked fine while I was abroad, which was the main thing I needed. It did get a little slow sometimes, but overall it got the job done.

It wasn’t totally smooth right away, but I did manage to get it working in the end. For me, it felt like one of those things that takes a little patience to figure out, but once it clicked, it did what I needed

"Pretty happy with the price"
I switched to US Mobile mostly because it was a lot cheaper than what I was paying before. The plan options were actually easy to understand, and I like that I’m not being pushed into some huge unlimited plan I don’t really need. My bill has stayed right around what I expected, which is a nice change. For the price, I’m happy with it. It feels fair and simple, and I don’t feel like I’m overpaying anymore
